Refund Policy

At MotionSubs, we strive to provide top-quality animation services and ensure that our clients are satisfied with our work. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand our terms regarding refunds for one-time purchases and subscription services.
1. One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases made through MotionSubs are non-refundable. Once the service has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We ensure that the client is fully involved in the creative process with progress updates and revisions to meet expectations. If there are significant issues or errors that do not align with the agreed-upon terms, we will work to rectify the issue, but refunds are not applicable after delivery.
2. Subscription Services
Our monthly subscription services offer flexible animation production on a recurring basis. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but please note:

Non-Refundable Billing Period: Once a billing period has begun, the service is considered active for the entire month. Refunds will not be issued for any portion of that month, even if the subscription is canceled mid-cycle.

Service Continuation After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, clients will continue to have access to our services for the remainder of the paid month.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the purchased service within the agreed-upon timeframe, and the delay is significant without cause, a refund may be considered.

Significant Errors: In cases where there are substantial mistakes that MotionSubs cannot reasonably correct, we may consider offering a partial refund.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for an exception, you must submit a refund request within 14 days of receiving the service. Refund requests should be sent to hello@motionsubs.com and include:

Your full name and contact details.

The service you purchased and details of the issue.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of our decision via email.
5. Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Changes to This Policy
MotionSubs reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you via email or through our Service.
